Description:

The Vice President of Sales will define, implement, facilitate, and monetize the sales strategy for our software products including Carbon Intensity (CI) Certification, and the Regen Roadmap. 

Targeted sales strategies would cater to three customer segments: 1) direct to farmers, 2) dealer wholesale network, 3) enterprise clients. Each segment will require separate strategies and pipelines to track progress from potential new business to continued renewed business. The VP of Sales will manage all client activities in Continuum Ag’s CRM, HubSpot. This includes customer relationship tracking, automations, and organization.

We are looking for a leader with a proven record of hiring, training, and leading a sales team within the ag industry. The ideal candidate would align with our core values while building relationships with clients, ranging from farmers to the largest agriculture companies in the world.

Essential Functions

  • Enable the Sales Department to increase annual recurring revenue (ARR)
  • Define and facilitate sales strategies for three customer segments: farmers, dealers, and enterprise clients
  • Utilize HubSpot to develop sales pipelines to track progress, from potential to renewed clients
  • Work with the Marketing Department to strategize and deploy effective marketing for each segment
  • Manage and train the Sales Department as new hires are on-boarded
  • Achieve sales goals as defined in quarterly meetings
  • Represent Continuum Ag at industry events 
  • Lead weekly team meetings to drive overall company growth

Are you a farmer seeking an additional income source beyond the farm? Look no further! We’re seeking a Part-Time Sales Agronomist (hourly)  to join our team. This role offers flexibility and the potential for unlimited commission earnings in a dynamic start-up environment.

As a Part-Time Sales Agronomist, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and monetizing sales strategies for our premier products, including CI Certification. This role allows you to set your own working hours while working remotely. You’ll focus on three key customer segments: direct-to-farmers, dealer networks, and enterprise clients, tailoring strategies to each group. Your success will be tracked through our CRM system, HubSpot, where you’ll manage client relationships, track progress, and organize sales activities.

We’re looking for someone with experience in the agriculture industry and a strong understanding of agricultural practices to effectively engage with clients ranging from farmers to large agricultural corporations.

Duties:

  • Define and implement sales strategies for our main customer segments: farmers
  • Utilize HubSpot to document conversations and manage deal statuses in pipelines.
  • Meet quarterly sales goals as outlined in meetings.
  • Represent Continuum Ag at agriculture conferences when assigned.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and software calls to contribute to overall company growth.

Description: Our Regen Success Agronomists will interact with farmer and consultant clients to facilitate our premier digital product, The Regen Roadmap. Housed in TopSoil®, the Regen Roadmap provides recommendations on best practices to implement while also simplifying the practice documentation process. TopSoil®’s infrastructure enables easy practice verification and data transfer on the farmer’s behalf, if they choose to use it, when participating in supply chain initiatives and sustainability programs.
The Regen Success Agronomist will manage all client activities in Continuum Ag’s CRM, HubSpot. This includes customer relationship tracking, automations, and organization. As a client facing employee, the Regen Success Agronomist will provide valuable feedback on product development and will oversee calculating the value add brought to farmers on a bi-annual basis. We are looking for an employee who has a passion for the ever-changing landscape of agriculture, particularly regenerative agriculture, and is wanting to learn from the best in the industry.

 

Duties:

• Facilitate consultant clients on delivering Regen Roadmaps to their farmer networks.

• Communicate with at least 25 farmer clients monthly and track all interactions and progress in HubSpot and TopSoil®. This will include in-person farm visits from time to time.

• Develop and deliver bi-annual Regen Roadmap reports to show progress throughout the year.

• Develop and oversee Regen Roadmap recommendations as produced in TopSoil®.

• Manage value proposition documents, customer feedback surveys, and online FAQ pages.

• Assist with TopSoil® development and communicate customer feedback referring to weekly surveys to calculate a weekly and overall net promoter score (NPS).

• Share blogs, from time to time, as requested by the marketing department.

• Attend agriculture conferences and represent Continuum Ag in a professional manner

• Attend weekly team meetings and software calls to drive overall company growth.
