Brian Hora, a 6th generation Southeast Iowa farmer, has owned and operated his row crop farm since 1985. Brian has been using many regenerative practices on his operation, including practicing no-till off and on since he began farming on his own in the 80s. In the fall of 2013 he planted his first cover crop. Since then, Brian has played around with numerous other regenerative practices, including relay cropping, planting 60-inch row corn, and has raised specialty crops like mustard, barley, and wheat.
Brian Hora has enrolled his entire operation into Continuum Ag’s RightWay® Program. This year, Brian will improve his profitability by $108/ac working with Continuum Ag. Brian looks forward to continuing down the regenerative path with Continuum Ag, and leading our community in practice changes.
