Blaine Groth serves as the Vice President of Sales at Continuum Ag, where he leads the development of innovative sales strategies, sets sales goals, and trains staff to exceed performance benchmarks. Originally from Gladbrook, IA, Blaine holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business with a Minor in Agronomy and Ag Systems Technology from Iowa State University.
Since graduating, Blaine has dedicated his career to supporting farmers in the Precision Ag space, helping clients optimize efficiency and profitability through cutting-edge precision software and hardware. His efforts earned him a place on The Scoop’s prestigious “40 Under 40” list, recognizing top innovators in agriculture.
In addition to his work at Continuum Ag, Blaine is a proud fifth-generation farmer, running his family farm alongside his father in Tama County, IA. They cultivate corn, soybeans, alfalfa, oats, and wheat while emphasizing sustainable practices such as no-till farming and cover cropping, which have greatly improved their production and reduced erosion.
Outside of work, Blaine enjoys golfing, traveling, and skiing. His core professional goal is to help farmers increase their profitability through sound, strategic advice that elevates their operations.
