Erin McGuire joined Continuum Ag in 2024 as a Data Coordinator. Her responsibilities include assisting the RSAs with data collection, practicing documentation and verification, and tracking interactions and progress. Before she joined us at Continuum Ag, Erin worked in a hair salon for four years and is still a licensed cosmetologist. She then worked for a bank before deciding to stay home to raise her four kids.
A Washington, Iowa native, Erin grew up on a small farm where her family had a row-crop operation and raised hogs and sheep. Erin and her husband Andrew now reside in Keota, Iowa, and have four children ranging from 18 to eight years old. Together they raise a small herd of sheep, and continue to teach their children what it means to be good stewards of the land.
Although she can often be found attending her children’s activities or getting involved in multiple organizations in her local community, Erin enjoys flower gardening and reading in her free time. When it comes to working at Continuum Ag, Erin is excited to be a part of the team because of the fun, welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable individuals.
