Joining Continuum Ag in 2023, Justin has significantly enhanced the team’s capabilities. As the Vice President of Product Development, he plays a crucial role in shaping the roadmap for our software tools. Justin’s key responsibility is to identify the most impactful features that can benefit our customers, ensuring that our tools empower farmers for success. His goal is to be consistently respected and admired in the communities he lives in, with a commitment to doing the right thing for the farmers who rely on Continuum Ag for guidance and support.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Iowa State University. Prior to joining Continuum Ag, he spent 6 years in various roles at CNH Industrial’s Precision System and Technology department, starting as a Test Engineer, progressing to Systems Engineer, and ultimately becoming a Product Manager. Notably, Justin had an internship with Kinze Manufacturing during college, where he played a pivotal role in planting 2500 acres with a prototype 47-row planter. This prototype is now the impressive rotating planter displayed in front of Kinze’s factory along I-80 in Iowa.
Currently residing in Wayland, Iowa, Justin is closely connected with his family, who are involved in corn and soybean cultivation, as well as raising hogs and turkeys. Justin actively contributes by operating various farm machinery, including the semi, planter, grain cart, sprayer, and combine. His involvement extends to assisting with livestock whenever needed. Outside of work and farm life, Justin enjoys playing golf, volleyball, and basketball and has a keen interest in all things football.
