Diana is thrilled about her position at Continuum Ag, where she can merge her passion for marketing with an industry that holds significant societal impact. She expresses her excitement, stating, “Farmers are already doing incredible things, and I am eager to assist Continuum Ag in helping a million farmers enhance their profitability through improved soil health.”

Diana earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications Arts, specializing in Public Relations, with minors in Business & Leadership from Wartburg College, where she also played basketball. Additionally, she holds an applied Marketing Certificate from the Wisconsin School of Business Executive Education Program. Originally from Iowa, Diana currently resides in the state with her husband and two boys. Actively engaged in her community, she juggles her time between running her boys to various activities and participating in community initiatives. During her leisure hours, Diana indulges in boating, golfing, exercising, traveling, playing pickleball, and passionately supporting the St. Louis Cardinals and Iowa Hawkeyes.

Diana’s husband, Darin, is deeply rooted in agriculture as a multi-generational farmer who collaborates closely with his brother on the family farm. Always seeking more efficient ways to maximize profits, Darin manages a custom manure application company in Southeast Iowa. In the fall of 2023, Darin graciously allowed Diana to take the reins of the combine. He even welcomed her back to the cab for the upcoming year!
