Ag Sales Rep
Location: Washington, IA or can be remote

Are you a farmer seeking an additional income source beyond the farm? Look no further! We’re seeking an Ag Sales Rep to join our team. This role offers flexibility and the potential for unlimited commission earnings in a dynamic start-up environment.
As an Ag Sales Rep, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and monetizing sales strategies for our premier products, including CI Certification®. This role allows you to set your own working hours while working remotely. You’ll focus on three key customer segments: direct-to-farmers, dealer networks, and enterprise clients, tailoring strategies to each group. Your success will be tracked through our CRM system, HubSpot, where you’ll manage client relationships, track progress, and organize sales activities.
We’re looking for someone with experience in the agriculture industry and a strong understanding of agricultural practices to effectively engage with clients ranging from farmers to large agricultural corporations.

- Represent Continuum Ag® at agriculture conferences when assigned.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and software calls to contribute to overall company growth.

Full Stack Web Developer
Location: Washington, IA or can be remote
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Full Stack Web Developer, you will play a key role in architecting, designing, and implementing complex web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.
Essential Functions
- Lead the full lifecycle of web application development, from concept to deployment and maintenance
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Architect and design scalable and maintainable web applications using modern technologies and best practices
- Develop and maintain server-side and client-side code in languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Svelte or React
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries to ensure high performance and reliability
- Implement and maintain automated testing and continuous integration pipelines to ensure code quality and reliability
- Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and product offerings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in full stack web development preferred
- Proficiency in server-side languages such as Python or JavaScript (Node.js)
- Strong experience with front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (Svelte or React)
- Solid understanding of database design and optimization principles, with experience working with SQL databases
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications on time and within budget
