Ashley Robertson is the Director of Operations at Continuum Ag, joining the team in August 2024. She holds a BSc in Ecology from the University of Georgia and an MSc in Biological Sciences. Ashley proudly claims to be “the only Dawg at Continuum!”
Ashley is responsible for tracking interactions and progress to help streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of Continuum Ag’s projects.
With a career spanning 15 years in various environmental roles, Ashley brings a wealth of experience in research, consultancy, and education. Before joining Continuum Ag, she spent eight years in New Zealand, where she founded a business dedicated to connecting landowners with government programs for free and low-cost restoration of highly erodible soils and waterways. Ashley also co-authored a soil science paper published in a major academic journal.
Ashley’s family has a deep-rooted farming history in Washington County, Iowa, where they manage a mix of livestock and row crop operations.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, hunting, and gardening. Ashley’s professional mantra is simple: to leave things better than she found them.
