Dale joined Continuum Ag full-time in May 2025 after graduating from Iowa State University with a double major in Agronomy and Seed Science and a minor in Entrepreneurship. His journey with the company began in May 2024 as an Operations Intern, where he was involved in CI Score data entry, conducting on-site data collection trials, and collaborating with Continuum Ag’s Vice President of Operations and Regen Success Agronomists. He later transitioned into an Ag Sales Intern role, gaining valuable experience in our sales department.
Drawn to Continuum Ag by the team culture and unique personalities, Dale is passionate about helping growers monetize their sustainability efforts while building meaningful, long-term relationships along the way.
His agricultural roots trace back to his family’s farm across Northwest Iowa and Southwest Minnesota. In addition to working on the family operation, Dale gained experience assisting a local farmer in Illinois. His background also includes internships with CHS as a Sales Agronomy Intern and with LG Seeds as a Seed Sales Intern.
Outside of work, Dale enjoys golfing and spending time with friends. He and his two sisters are originally from Batavia, Illinois.
